Food Talk: Chickpea and Chicken Salad

This salad is our take on Moroccan Salad which is one of our favourites. It is more on the savoury side and leaves you feeling full.

Sautéed Zucchini in olive oil (1)

Boiled Chickpeas (1.5 Cups)

Feta Cheese (100gms)

Spinach and Rocket leaves (1/2 packet) or (2 cups)

Raisins (2 tbsp)

Dates (6-7 diced)

Pumpkin seeds (1 tbsp)

Chicken breast pieces boiled and stir fried with salt & pepper (300gms)


Dressing Olive oil or Lemon juice 


Mix and Enjoy....
