I would be the perfect brand ambassador for this product because we have the same name 🤣, but here is why I am absolutely in love with The Ordinary Skincare's Hyaluronic Acid.

Modest Look With Shein.com
One thing that often makes me miss home is the shopping! You know how it is when you shop back in your hometown - the fashions and trends are according to your liking and you have your pet shops. Moving to a new country and especially when you choose not to live in a major metropolitan city, shopping for clothes that you used to love becomes really boring and unfulfilling if I may say that ;).
I dress up modestly - loose and comfortable clothes that cover me fully but still be stylish with a dash of colour. Actually for me a splash of colour. So, I decided to create a look would be my style of dressing using Shein clothes and accessories, an online store which has LOTS of good stuff to choose from.
Here is a glimpse of my wishlist. Please read why I made these choices:

My hand knitted Gift
Mum visited me last month and I took time off from blogging to spend with her. Mum has been to Malaysia quite a lot and has seen most of the touristy things. So she wanted this trip to be a relaxed one where she hoped to unwind and rest. She asked us not to plan any short trips, picnics, parties or shopping sprees as we always do when she is here. Instead, she just wanted to go slow, watch TV, have long conversations, and eat her Malaysian favourites. A few shopping trips sneaked here and there (unavoidable they are, I tell you!) and we took her to all her favourite places to eat and watched movies..... but, on most days, Mum and I just sat together and talked about everything under the sun with cups of Kashmiri chai or doodh patti in our hands just like two best friends do! I did not want her vacation to end but time flies by so fast! She went back last Thursday

Presents & Gifts Ideas for Year End
October is almost over and with that, we just have 2 months to go for this year to end! Time is flying for sure! Year-end brings a lot of excitement; holidays, trips, gifts, greetings and of course sales in most parts of the world. One of the things that I love to do is exchange year-end presents. Nothing huge - a small token of appreciation for your colleagues, teammates, managers, friends and acquaintances for being there for you. But, choosing what to gift is a big struggle since you are not that close to everyone to know their taste and choices. We all want to gift people things that they would utilise and not throw away. Although, chocolates and candies make a good present sometimes it really means a lot when someone puts in a bit more thought in buying gifts. I have made a concise list of things that I think can be gifted as little tokens of appreciation; will not cost you a bomb and hopefully will not be thrown away.

Pakistan Travel Stories (Part 3)
Gifts, Souvenirs and traditional stuff from Pakistan.
One of the things that I love about travelling is shopping! Thankfully, I don't really go for massive, wallet-draining, weight-increasing, buying-everything-you-see kind of shopping sprees. I like to buy small gifts and souvenirs - something traditional and unique that would be a memory of my visit. Fridge magnets are my absolute favourites, just so that you know!
During my recent trip to Pakistan, though it is my home, I was in a full touristy mood and I did some shopping for myself, home and friends here in Malaysia which I think is worth sharing. So, here are my picks from my gifts and souvenir shopping.
In Islamabad, I had the chance to visit Lok Virsa. It is a heritage museum and really a good place to see Pakistani folk culture and traditions in one place. You can spend an evening there. With eateries and a few shops selling very Pakistani traditional stuff, Lok Virsa, is a must visit place.

Pakistan Travel Stories (Part 2)
From all the things in the world that I love to buy, shoes are my absolute favourite! I have this annoying habit of randomly walking into shoe
shops and trying on different shoes; sometimes even without any intention of
buying them! Annoying for hubby though, I love doing it! So, during my
trip to Pakistan, I was naturally on a hunt for good shoes - something unique and
different that you don't get easily in other parts of the world; especially
Malaysia, part of the world I live in. Luckily in Pakistan, hunt for shoes with a traditional touch in
not very difficult. We have some of our very own designs that are easily available and are not very heavy on the pocket
too! What can be better than that?
So, a shoe shopping binge was impossible! But, it was not thoughtless really and I got my self some really comfortable shoes that
equally complement both traditional or contemporary look. An ideal kind of thing for me as I wear both eastern and western attire.
In this post, I will give an introduction of my favourite type of traditional Pakistani shoes including the stuff that I got for myself! I will leave some links of online shops and sites that you can browse through at the end. Happy reading!

K For Karachi - A Must Have!
My hubby and I normally don’t surprise each other with gifts. As buying a gift for him is really difficult, I initiated no-gift policy that
we both happily agreed on. But, recently he has been defying the rules and has surprised me with some really thoughtful gifts :) This birthday he got me something that I had seen last year and had set my
heart on it. I had decided to buy it whenever I'd visit Pakistan. It was a difficult waiting time I tell you!
But, but ... he managed to buy it for me, breaking our rule (Yeay!) and arranged it all with absolute secrecy, ensuring I receive it on my birthday! I have no clue how he managed to keep this secret from me as he can (always) never hide such things! It is a win-win situation for me so not asking a lot of questions!

Truck Art Fever
If someone asks me about an art that represents Pakistan, I would say the ‘Truck Art’. Yes, a splash of colours and motifs on a truck and public bus!! When we were young we used to call it 'dulhan bus' (Bridal bus). Truck art is loved and appreciated internationally as well. Beautifully embellished trucks with sculpted metals, paint, stickers showcase the mastery of truck artists. Truck art is not just about floral designs and painting but also verses, lines and poetry which at times are very deep and thought-provoking and sometimes extremely funny. It is an art of its own kind which has been inspiring people for a long time.
With time this art seeped into other industries as well. Now we can find clothing and other decoration items inspired by truck art. I hope that one day I will have a truck art corner in my house. I was overjoyed when I came across this page on Facebook by the name of Enigma House of Fashion & Design where I found these amazing truck art trinkets, clutches, key chains and what not.
